RELAX! WE'RE HERE TO HELP AND WORK WITH YOU TO MAKE YOUR FUNDRAISING EVENT A HUGE SUCCESS!
Just bring your friends and family to your pre-scheduled "Pampered with a Purpose" event and relax at Tranquility Spa! We will donate a percentage of sales directly back to your organization!
Any non-profit organization can register for our "Pampered with a Purpose" event! Schools, sports teams, booster clubs, scouts, church groups, charities, etc. A 501c3 or a W9 form is required for all participating organizations.
How does it work?
We work with your organization to determine the best date for your event and provide your organization with a flyer that promotes your event and explains the spa service and gift certificate options available. Your organization can copy and distribute the flyer, post on social media, or promote however you like.
On the day of your event, participants can enjoy spa services, relax in our relaxation room, or simply purchase gift certificates to use later. We will donate 10-25% of all sales back to your organization, depending on the total amount of net sales. Don't wait! Schedule your "Pampered with a Purpose" event today!

WE NEED SOME INFORMATION FROM YOU ABOUT YOUR ORGANIZATION:
- A 501c3 OR w9 FORM IS REQUIRED
- CONTACT INFORMATION FOR THE PERSON(S) FROM YOUR ORGANIZATION IN CHARGE OF COORDINATING THIS EVENT
- YOUR PREFERRED EVENT DATE AND TIME WITH TWO ALTERNATIVE DATES/TIMES THE REASON YOU ARE FUNDRAISING, (I.E., PURCHASE OF CHEERLEADER'S UNIFORMS) SO THAT WE CAN PREPARE A PROMOTIONAL FLYER FOR YOU
ONCE YOU HAVE THE INFORMATION ABOVE, CALL US AT 903-786-7772 OR EMAIL US AT [email protected] A SPA COORDINATOR WILL HELP YOU SET UP YOUR EVENT.
THEN WE WILL PREPARE YOUR PROMOTIONAL FLYER. AND WILL BLOCK OUR SPA SCHEDULE SO THAT ONLY YOUR ORGANIZATION CAN BOOK APPOINTMENTS DURING YOUR EVENT.
PLEASE NOTE: PAMPERED WITH A PURPOSE EVENTS ARE LIMITED TO TUESDAY - FRIDAY ONLY. EVENTS CAN BE A MINIMUM OF TWO HOURS AND A MAXIMUM OF SIX HOURS. EVENING EVENTS ARE AVAILABLE 3:00 - 7:00PM.
NOW IT'S TIME TO PROMOTE YOUR EVENT!
hERE ARE SOME IDEAS FOR PROMOTION:
- Make copies of the flyer and mail or hand them out to your group, friends, families and members of the community.
- Post the flyer on your organization’s Web site, Facebook, and Twitter pages.
- Call your local news station; explain your cause and request for them to help you get the word out.
- Get your local Chamber of Commerce on board too!
You decide what works best for your organization. Remember, the more flyers you distribute, the more money you can raise. Both SPA SERVICES AND GIFT CERTIFICATE purchases are eligible for this fundraiser but each purchase must be accompanied by a flyer. NOTE: RETAIL PURCHASES AND GRATUITIES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR INCLUSION IN YOUR TOTAL SALES.
BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENTS IN ADVANCE!
SPA SERVICES ARE LIMITED BY SPACE AND SERVICE PROVIDERS, SO ENCOURAGE ANYONE WANTING TO RECEIVE SERVICES DURING YOUR EVENT TO BOOK IN ADVANCE. A RELAXATION ROOM IS AVAILABLE FOR ANYONE IN YOUR ORGANIZATION DURING THE TIME OF YOUR EVENT. yOU ARE WELCOME TO BRING FOOD, SNACKS, BEER OR WINE TO ENJOY IN THE RELAXATION ROOM. YOU CAN SET UP FOR THE EVENT ONE HOUR PRIOR TO THE START TIME.
JUST WANT TO PURCHASE A GIFT CERTIFICATE?
NO PROBLEM! gIFT CERTIFICATES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE IN DOLLAR AMOUNTS FROM $25 - $500. AND ALL PURCHASES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR INCLUSION IN FUNDRAISER TOTALS USED TO COMPUTE PERCENTAGE DONATED BACK TO YOUR ORGANIZATION. GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE VALID FOR ONE YEAR AFTER PURCHASE.

- How Often Can I Host A Fundraising Event?
We limit each organization to two fundraising events per year. We are willing to host additional events, dependent on the success of previous events.
- How Do I Cancel My Fundraiser?
Please NOTIFY US as soon as possible AT 903-786-7772 to cancel your event. Your pAMPERED WITH A PURPOSE coordinator will WORK WITH YOU TO NOTIFY ANYONE WHO HAS PRE-BOOKED APPOINTMENTS.
- How Can I Change The Date Or Time Of My Fundraiser?
Please CONTACT PAMPERED WITH A PURPOSE coordinator AND WE will do OUR best to accommodate your organization’s preference.
- HOW IS THE PERCENTAGE DONATED BACK TO MY ORGANIZATION DETERMINED?
WE TOTAL THE AMOUNT OF SERVICES AND GIFT CERTIFICATES PURCHASED DURING YOUR EVENT AND ACCOMPANIED BY YOUR PROMOTIONAL FLYER. GRATUITIES, AND RETAIL PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR INCLUSION IN THE TOTAL SALES. PERCENTAGES ARE BASED ON THE FOLLOWING SCALE:
UP TO $250 = 5%
$251 - $500 = 10% DONATED BACK
$501 - $750 = 15% DONATED BACK
$751 - $999 = 20% DONATED BACK
$1000+ = 25% DONATED BACK
- WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR CHECK?
Please allow AT LEAST 30 days for your check to arrive following your fundraising event. If it has been more than 45 days since your fundraiser, pleaSE NOTIFY YOUR SPA COORDInator. We cannot issue your check until we have all tax information, please make sure your tax exempt form was sent to your fundraising event coordinator to prevent hold ups.
- HOW MUCH MONEY DID MY ORGANIZATION MAKE DURING OUR FUNDRAISER?
PLEASE CONTACT YOUR SPA COORDINATOR AT 903-786-7772 AT LEAST 48 HOURS FOLLOWING YOUR EVENT.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAMPERED WITH A PURPOSE requests are not guaranteed unless submitter receives a confirmation email from TRANQUILITY SPA & SALON accepting the request. If THE fundraising EVENT is approved, the following terms and conditions apply:
TRANQUILITY SPA & SALON will prepare and provide one event fundraising flyer (the "Flyer") to the Organization for copying and distribution by the Organization as described below. The Flyer artwork, excluding the organization name and logo is owned by TRANQUILITY SPA & SALON or its affiliates and may be used by Organization only as described in these terms and conditions;
TRANQUILITY SPA & SALON will donate between 5%-25% of net SPA SERVICE AND GIFT CERTIFICATE sales (gross sales less taxes) during the Event to the Organization. SALES MUST BE MADE DURING THE EVENT to guarantee a donation. Purchase of TRANQUILITY SPA & SALON RETAIL ITEMS, AND ANY GRATUITIES PAID TO SERVICES PROVIDERS, do not count toward the net sales for the Event; Donation percentage will be based on:
UP TO $250 = 5%
$251 - $500 = 10% DONATED BACK
$501 - $750 = 15% DONATED BACK
$751 - $999 = 20% DONATED BACK
$1000+ = 25% DONATED BACK
TRANQUILITY SPA & SALON will mail a check to YOUR Organization for the total donation amount approximately 30 days following event.
In connection with the Event, the Organization may use TRANQUILITY SPA & SALON'S name and logo only to promote and otherwise factually describe the Event; provided, however, that Organization may not issue a press release to local media promoting the Event, without TRANQUILITY SPA & SALON’s prior written approval.
The Organization will make copies of the Flyer at its own expense. All other advertising costs related to the Event incurred by the Organization are also the responsibility of the Organization.
The Organization has the right, but not the obligation to:
At its own expense, send Flyers to all supporters in the Organization’s database, post to Organization’s website, distribute to the Organization’s employees, friends, families and members of the community to promote the Event. By participating in the Event and using the flyer, Organization warrants and represents that distributing the flyers as described in the prior sentence is not in violation of any terms of use, Organization policies or any other limitations on contact previously identified to such parties or in violation of any applicable law and Organization agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TRANQUILITY SPA & SALON, its parent, affiliates, directors, officers and employees from and against any claims by any such parties related to any such contact.
